HomeAbout the AfterSport Group The AfterSport Group was founded in 2004 and employs former human resources and management professionals who understand the issues surrounding transitions in the workforce. The company works with current students, as well as with graduates who have been in the workforce for one or more years, and provides its clients with advice and guidance which help them make educated career choices. The AfterSport Group brings a unique mix of athletic administration and corporate experience as our staff has experience in professional and collegiate athletic administration as well as experience in the development of employees in the corporate arena. The AfterSport Group utilizes this experience to assist athletes with their transitions along the Athletic Continuum. The Athletic Continuum
